This property is all native pastureland consisting of short to mid native grasses, mesquite, some cedar, and various cactus and brush typical for immediate area as well as some scattered live oak in the southwest portion. Currently there is one (1) water well equipped with a windmill. The majority of the property is fenced with typical net wire and barbed wire that is in fair to average condition.
