Mesquite and cedar pasture was in Wildcat fire in 2010 but native grass has grown back out. Has lowland along roads and moutain in the middle. Old field that has been abandoned on the south side of the ranch. Has two water wells with sub pumps and one with solar power and concrete reservoir, and has three surface tanks for supplemental livestock and game fresh water. Fences are very good having been mostly replaced after the fire. This is a well situated ranch that is pretty close to San Angelo.
