Excellent Hunting and Recreation spot on the Colorado River. High number of deer and very good antler count. Many are 10 point plus. Fair amount of turkey frequent the area as well. River frontage is 420 feet. Land is in a long triangle shape. Several clearing areas mixed with mesquite pasture give good cover and shooting paths. Nice open areas next to the river for setting up feeders and stands. Neighbor has allowed RV's to park next to him and use electric and water. Very nice get away place.
